Construction Loan Draw Inspections

Signet provides timely, onsite inspection to approve draw requests or all types of construction projects.  We always provide a report customized to the project budget with photos to substantiate our completion estimates.

Every month we inspect dozens of new construction and remodeling projects, including:

• Production Home Neighborhoods
• Custom Homes
• Multifamily (Apartments, Condos, and Townhomes)
• Tenant Finish
• Low-to-Midrise Office
• Strip Malls, Box Retailers, and Warehouses
• Hotels, Schools, and Mixed Use Commercial Spaces

Signet provides pre-closing reviews to assist the credit underwriter with project, plan, and budget reviews.  Since we are inspecting dozens of currently active projects a month, we have a good familiarity with trends in material and labor costs that enables us to recognize when budgets may not be sufficient given the project presented in the plans. 

And thanks to our years of experience in construction, we are able to identify issues and complexities in plans that can be overlooked by lenders with less familiarity.
