Our Experience

Signet Advisers is owned by Dorian Christian who has an extensive background in construction, real estate, and finance.  Early in his career, he earned a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University which he used in managing a Metro-Denver semi-custom homebuilder.  During the housing downturn in 2008, he transitioned to consulting where he managed large real estate and housing related engagements with a variety of federal agencies, including the FDIC, HUD, DOJ, and GSA.

He and his team now bring this multi-faceted experience to Signet's clients as a consultant and construction site inspector to assist in the underwriting and management of construction loans.
